The expertise of the GEA Pharma Systems engineering team is available to help customers find the optimum solution for their individual processing needs. The company assists with single phases of a project, or takes full responsibility for design and installation of a complete turnkey plant.
GEA Pharma Systems will manage the project in accordance with the following life cycle:
- Arrange an internal handover meeting.
- Issue an approved order confirmation.
- Prepare and issue a project schedule.
- Arrange a customer kick off meeting.
- Arrange the GEA Pharma Systems design review meeting.
- Issue and approve the Design Qualification Package.
- Arrange and manage FAT activities.
- Involvement with SAT activities as specified.
- Brief the design team and manage the design process.
- Prepare project minutes of meetings with purchaser.
- Implement and manage change control procedure.
- Manage the documentation approval process with the purchaser.
- Monitor key dates and project progress from order placement until the project is complete.
